ONLINE WATER SAFETY COURSE
There are two options: you can choose to do the four week interactive online course, which runs for one hour a week for four weeks. The other option is to download the recording and learn in your own time.

IN THIS COURSE YOU WILL LEARN

Know how to spot currents

Know how to use and get out of rips

Know how to deal with Hypothermia, cold water shock, incapacitation and the after drop

Understand how to analyse any surf / swim zone

Learn about swell, waves, tides and rules of the line up

Know how to accurately interpret surf forecasts

During the practical part of the in-person course you can experience a real-life rip current
