FUNCTIONAL BREATHWORK

Based on our experience with hundreds of clients and athletes, we have observed that a majority of people have poor breathing habits. Our functional breathwork is designed to analyze and correct your breathing pattern. BREATHWORK FOR SURFERS

Holding your breath in maximum heart rate situations requires a specific set of training techniques.  This practical course teaches beginner to advanced individuals how to maximize their breathhold in these challenging situations. You will be able to physically and mentally prepare yourself to handle, not fight these stressful situations and learn how to remain calm when your whole body screams to take your next breath NOW!

We also look at risk management, efficient underwater movement and best breathing techniques upon surfacing to avoid blackouts and return faster to normal breathing. Also covered in this course are major safety skills such as rescue response techniques.
